Chicago / Downtown Chicago
Hotel ballrooms, office towers, Millennium Park and the theater district. The Loop is where Chicago does its corporate events, and it is a short drive from our home base.
Most Loop activations are indoors: a sales kickoff in a hotel ballroom on Michigan Avenue, a client appreciation night in a tower lobby, a conference in one of the big downtown hotels. The rooms are beautiful and the logistics are tight. Freight elevators are shared, dock windows are short, and security wants names in advance. We handle that side with the venue so it never lands on your plate, and we show up with a station that fits the room instead of fighting it.
The Loop also owns the big lawns. Grant Park is where we printed Lollapalooza, and summer festival season brings brand villages, fun runs and food events to the lakefront every weekend. Outdoor work here means tents, power and weather plans, all of which we bring. Guests order on a tablet, keep enjoying the day, and get a text when their piece is ready.
We were established in Chicago in 2009 and the deepest part of our bench is here. For a Loop event that means the crew is local, the gear is already in the region, and a last minute change is a phone call rather than a flight. Our quotes are all in. No travel fees, no hotel line items, no equipment shipping. The number we quote is the number you pay.
We built our own software to run every event, from the first order to the final report.
Size, design, the name or initials they want on it. Two minutes at the screen, then they walk away and get a text when it is ready.
Every station pulls from the same stock. When a size runs low it greys out on every guest screen at once, so nothing runs out quietly.
Completed orders, queue depth, turnaround time and remaining inventory, live on your phone from anywhere in the building.
The same crews and platform handle a 200 person retreat and a multi day program with over 100,000 guests. We have pushed more than 2,000 personalized orders through one three day activation without a line forming.
Your activation in The Loop runs on the identical ordering platform and live client dashboard as one in Chicago or Las Vegas. Same crews, same equipment, same software.
Yes. Ballrooms and meeting rooms are the most common Loop setup. We coordinate dock time, freight elevators and power with the hotel and keep the station sized to the room.
Yes. We bring tents, power and weather plans for lakefront festivals and park events. Lollapalooza in Grant Park is one of ours.
A few weeks is comfortable. Because Chicago is our home base we can often take short notice requests, so ask even if the date is close.
