Most activations end the same way: a free t-shirt that lives in a drawer. Our Laser Photo Booth gives your guests something they actually keep a laser engraved coaster or water bottle, a custom button, pin, or sticker, made from their own photo, live at your event. In about 3-4 minutes.
Here's the part people get wrong when they first hear "photo booth": we don't do the traditional thing. Nobody walks away with a strip of 4x6 prints. The booth is a feature inside our own app, and it's there to do one job turn a guest's photo into custom merch on the spot. We even did an anniversary activation laser engraving macaroons!
How the Laser Photo Booth Actually Works
A guest steps up and we capture them right at the booth. From there, our app's AI goes to work: it traces and converts the photo into clean, engrave-ready and print ready artwork the kind of line work that looks sharp burned into a coaster or printed on a button. Because the booth lives inside our own app, the whole hand off is automatic. No exporting, no second vendor, no waiting on a file later.
That AI tracing step is the magic. A normal photo can't be laser engraved well but a traced, high contrast version can. So your guest's face, your logo, or an event graphic becomes something we can actually put onto a hard good or a button in under a minute.
From Photo to Laser Engraved Hard Good
Once the AI has the artwork ready, we send it straight to our live laser engraving station and burn it into a real hard good right there at your event. Coasters, water bottles, tumblers, keychains, ornaments pick the items that fit your brand and your budget.
This is the highest keepsake thing we make. On site laser engraving turns a quick photo into an object with real weight to it the cork coasters in our Las Vegas or kraft coasters from our San Francisco activations are a perfect example: each one engraved with a guest's own photo and the event art, done live while they watched.
From Photo to Custom Button, Pin, or Sticker
Not every activation needs a hard good, and not every line can wait on an engraver. So the same Laser Photo Booth photo can run straight into our on-site button maker, pin press, and sticker printer.
A custom buttons or pins station moves fast and reads as pure fun guests pin themselves to a tote or a lanyard before they've left the booth. Live sticker printing pulls from the same photo, so a single capture can become a button, a pin, AND a sticker if you want a take-home set.
