Chicago / Suburban convention district
A convention center, an arena, a theater and a wall of hotels, all a few minutes from the airport and a short drive from our shop in the northwest suburbs.
Rosemont runs a convention calendar that rivals downtown, and the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center is the center of it. Booth work here follows the same playbook as any big hall: drawings, show schedule, drayage, power orders and fire marshal signoff. We handle that with your exhibit house and run a booth where guests order on a tablet and come back when their piece is ready.
The hotel row along River Road hosts conferences all year, and the format is usually a ballroom general session with a sponsor area outside it. A live station in that sponsor area is the booth people remember. We size it to the foyer, keep it quiet enough for the room next door, and make sure every attendee leaves with something personalized.
Our production shop sits in the northwest suburbs, so Rosemont is one of the shortest drives we make. Chicago is where we were established in 2009 and this corridor is in our backyard. Our quotes are all in. No travel fees, no hotel line items, no equipment shipping. The number we quote is the number you pay.
We built our own software to run every event, from the first order to the final report.
Size, design, the name or initials they want on it. Two minutes at the screen, then they walk away and get a text when it is ready.
Every station pulls from the same stock. When a size runs low it greys out on every guest screen at once, so nothing runs out quietly.
Completed orders, queue depth, turnaround time and remaining inventory, live on your phone from anywhere in the building.
The same crews and platform handle a 200 person retreat and a multi day program with over 100,000 guests. We have pushed more than 2,000 personalized orders through one three day activation without a line forming.
Your activation in Rosemont and the O'Hare Corridor runs on the identical ordering platform and live client dashboard as one in Chicago or Las Vegas. Same crews, same equipment, same software.
Yes. Send your booth drawings and the show schedule and we coordinate drayage, power and fire marshal requirements with your exhibit house.
No. Rosemont is a short local drive for our Chicago crew, and our quotes never include travel anyway.
Yes. Multi day programs are normal for us. One live inventory pool runs every station and you get a live dashboard for the whole run.
